IPSi IPSiCom

The system allows a user to scan bar code data with the HHP Dolphin, and then utilizing IPSiCom software in conjunction with home base and external modem (IPSi supplied) transfer files from Dolphin to host PC. This eliminates need for PC at data collection site.

Sample Applications include:

· Salesman collecting product inventory data from shelves in Home Depot stores in California and transferring data immediately to New Jersey corporate location. Advantage of time saving, productivity increase, data utilized on a timely basis (hours versus days) and elimination of paperwork and manual effort.

· Data collection application on courier route where driver uses Dolphin with IPSiCom to verify deliveries and report back twice daily on status for resolving package tracking issues with customers (Fed-Ex like). Improves customer service with quick accurate response and eliminates paperwork and manual entry through use of bar codes.

· Major pharmaceutical company uses IPSiCom to track gas cylinder delivery among several buildings and automatically dial delivery information to host server for immediate generation of reconciliation reports. Advantages are many including elimination of major key entry effort for reports reducing paperwork and improving customer service response and worker efficiency.
